Cosy and comfortable house located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Es Pujols, about 400 m from the centre in the direction of Punta Prima and 200 m from the sea. It consists of two floors: on the ground floor there is an entrance with a spacious living-dining room, well-equipped kitchen, a small bathroom/toilet with shower and 2 spacious terraces. On the first floor with sea views, there are two double bedrooms with air conditioning, one with two single beds (90 x 190) and another with a double bed (180 x 190), a full bathroom and balcony.
The house has a lovely garden surrounded by plants where a grill, an outdoor shower and a parking space can be found. The community swimming pool of the Morans apartments can also be used, located directly next to the house at approximately 50m away.
IMPORTANT: the communal outdoor swimming pool will be open from mid-May until the end of October.
