Private and comfortable holiday home situated in a quiet area on the outskirts of Es Pujols, approximately 400 m from the centre in the direction of Punta Prima and 200 m from the sea. It comprises two floors: on the ground floor there is the entrance with a spacious lounge-dining room, well-equipped kitchen, a small bathroom/toilet with shower and 2 spacious terraces. On the first floor with sea views there are two double bedrooms with air conditioning, one with two single beds (90 x 190) and another with a double bed (180 x 190), a full bathroom and balcony.
The house has a nice garden surrounded by plants where there is a grill, an outdoor shower and a parking space. You can also use the communal swimming pool of the apartments. Morans is located directly next to the house at approximately 50m away.
IMPORTANT: the communal outdoor swimming pool will be open from mid-May to the end of October.
